Train Hop

Essex Junction Train Hop is an annual event created to celebrate local businesses and create a social opportunity for our community in a unique way. Event goers are given a train map that lists all the participating businesses and are encouraged to get their map “stamped” at each location around the Five Corners and at Maple Street Park.

The participating businesses and community partners will have model train displays set up, with some fun giveaways and activities! During the event, you can pick up a map from all places listed, or the informational booth. Maps will also be available on our website and on social media the day of the event. Start your train hop journey at any of the participating stops, and catch the free shuttle to Maple Street Park for the festive lighted trees, train ride around the park and music.
